Position Overview
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Director of Integration to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on bringing together people, processes, systems, and operations across the business. This individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and functional teams, helping ensure strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a practical understanding of manufacturing operations and has experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide integration initiatives across operations, supply chain, commercial, finance, technology, and other functional areas.
- Develop and execute integration plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities to standardize and improve processes across the organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain accountability for key integration deliverables.
- Identify operational gaps, risks, and dependencies and develop plans to address them.
- Support the integration of new businesses, locations, systems, or capabilities as the organization grows.
- Establish repeatable processes and best practices that support scalability.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement while balancing operational priorities and business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, integration, program management, or a related discipline.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial products, or a similar operating environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within a growing, acquisitive, or private equity-backed organization is a plus.
