A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations within its production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes while meeting production targets and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day production operations
• Supervise production supervisors and hourly team members
• Drive adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage labor planning, staffing levels, and workflow optimization
• Track and report key performance metrics including productivity, scrap, and downtime
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and improve performance

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience in a high-mix or engineered-to-order environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement principles
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred
