HR Generalist

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership and employees to ensure compliance, support workforce engagement, and maintain efficient HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee training coordination
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and policy interpretation
  • Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management and corrective action processes
  • Assist with safety initiatives and workforce engagement programs


Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred



The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing setting while supporting both leadership and frontline employees.
