A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership and employees to ensure compliance, support workforce engagement, and maintain efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee training coordination
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and policy interpretation
- Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management and corrective action processes
- Assist with safety initiatives and workforce engagement programs
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
