A leading electrical and infrastructure services organization is seeking a Project Director to oversee large-scale, complex projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level oversight of multiple large-scale construction projects
• Lead project teams including project managers, superintendents, and field personnel
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary executive point of contact
• Support business development efforts and strategic project pursuits
• Oversee risk management and issue resolution across projects
• Mentor and develop project management staff

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction or electrical contracting
• Proven experience managing large, complex commercial or infrastructure projects
• Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
