A high-growth technology organization is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its global recruiting strategy. This executive will be responsible for building a best-in-class talent acquisition function that supports rapid growth, strengthens employer brand, and ensures the organization attracts and hires top-tier talent across all functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the recruiting team across technical and non-technical functions
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Establish consistent, high-quality recruiting processes and candidate experience standards
  • Build employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
  • Implement recruiting metrics and analytics to drive performance and accountability
  • Optimize technology, systems, and tools to support efficient hiring operations
  • Support executive-level and strategic hiring initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition leadership experience
  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth or technology-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of recruiting operations, talent analytics, and workforce planning
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive hiring strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
