A high-growth technology organization is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its global recruiting strategy. This executive will be responsible for building a best-in-class talent acquisition function that supports rapid growth, strengthens employer brand, and ensures the organization attracts and hires top-tier talent across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and scale the recruiting team across technical and non-technical functions
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
- Establish consistent, high-quality recruiting processes and candidate experience standards
- Build employer branding and talent marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition leadership experience
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth or technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations, talent analytics, and workforce planning
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive hiring strategy
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
