Director of Manufacturing

Our client, a leading industrial manufacturer, is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to oversee plant operations and lead a high-performing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while ensuring production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and mentor manufacturing leaders and employees.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to support production objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing; pump or rotating equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
