The Director of Human Resources will lead and scale the people strategy for a fast-growing supplements company. This role partners closely with executive leadership to build high-performing teams, strengthen company culture, and implement HR systems that support operational excellence across manufacturing, sales, marketing, R&D, and corporate functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for corporate, commercial, and plant-level roles
  • Design and implement performance management, compensation, and incentive programs
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Build scalable onboarding, training, and leadership development programs
  • Partner with operations leadership to support plant workforce planning and retention
  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems
  • Drive culture initiatives that reinforce accountability, performance, and employee engagement
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to support rapid growth and product expansion



Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in CPG, supplements, manufacturing, or regulated industries preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance
  • Proven experience building HR infrastructure in a growing organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
  • Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred
