The Director of Human Resources will lead and scale the people strategy for a fast-growing supplements company. This role partners closely with executive leadership to build high-performing teams, strengthen company culture, and implement HR systems that support operational excellence across manufacturing, sales, marketing, R&D, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for corporate, commercial, and plant-level roles
- Design and implement performance management, compensation, and incentive programs
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Build scalable onboarding, training, and leadership development programs
- Partner with operations leadership to support plant workforce planning and retention
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems
- Drive culture initiatives that reinforce accountability, performance, and employee engagement
- Develop workforce planning strategies to support rapid growth and product expansion
Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in CPG, supplements, manufacturing, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance
- Proven experience building HR infrastructure in a growing organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
- Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred
