Position Summary

This company is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance initiatives. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights that drive growth, operational excellence, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and performance reporting for executive leadership.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with operations and business leaders to improve financial performance and profitability.
• Support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and investment analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, and financial systems.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance and FP&A experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience within manufacturing is required; electronics manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
