Overview

Our client is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on time. This role will lead production teams, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand
• Drive efficiency improvements and reduce downtime
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues
• Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as throughput, scrap, and uptime
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives



Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with leadership responsibility
• Prior experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor role preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Operations, or related field)
