A growing technology organization is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead and evolve its people strategy, processes, and infrastructure. This role partners closely with executive leadership to support organizational growth, strengthen company culture, and ensure scalable, compliant HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute people operations strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee HR operations including policies, compliance, benefits, and HR systems
  • Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts
  • Design and manage performance management and employee development programs
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management
  • Implement and track people analytics to support data-driven decisions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices
  • Experience building and optimizing HR systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certification or degree preferred
