Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 + Performance Bonus

We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager to take the helm of our newest, high-volume upscale dining destination in Virginia Beach. Following a successful first month of operations, we are moving into the next phase of our growth: operational excellence. Your Mission as General Manager:

• Refine & Polish: Take the initial momentum of our opening and turn it into a well-oiled machine through system refinement and precision.
• Team Empowerment: Mentor a diverse FOH/BOH leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives the "wow" factor that defines our brand, even at peak high-volume hours.
• Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L. Drive profitability through smart labor management, COGS control, and revenue growth.

Who You Are:

• A Proven Leader: You have 3+ years of experience managing high-volume ($6M+ annual), full-service, upscale casual or fine dining environments.
• Systems-Minded: You enjoy the "puzzle" of restaurant operations—optimizing floor plans, refining service steps, and tightening costs.
• People-Centric: You believe that a happy team leads to a happy guest. You are a coach at heart.
• Relocation Minded: You are either local to VA Beach or excited to relocate to one of the East Coast’s premier coastal communities.
