Team Leadership – Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing FOH and BOH staff, fostering a collaborative hotel–restaurant culture.

Comprehensive F&B Oversight – Direct daily bistro service along with in-room dining and banquet execution, ensuring seamless coordination across all outlets.

3+ years as Restaurant General Manager of a high-volume, full-service hotel restaurant (annual revenue of $7 M+ preferred).
- Demonstrated success overseeing in-room dining and banquet/meeting services in addition to restaurant operations.
- Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, and cost controls.
- Advanced financial acumen—budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis.
- Skilled at cultivating inclusive, high-performance teams and maintaining a culture of accountability.
