The Vision: Are you ready to take a massive, newly launched restaurant from "open" to "iconic"? Our premier restaurant group recently launched a stunning 250-seat concept in Virginia Beach, and we're hunting for driven FOH Managers and an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership roster.


This is not a cruise-control position. We are doing over $5M in annual sales, and we need builders—leaders who know how to balance refined hospitality with serious volume. If you want to help cement a new flagship location as a market leader, this is your fast track to ultimate career growth.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Command the Floor: Be the ultimate host and floor general during peak services, driving brand standards and guaranteeing flawless guest recovery.
  • Develop the Talent: Coach and mentor both FOH and BOH crews, building a culture rooted in accountability, passion, and excellence.
  • Drive the Financials: Treat the business like your own. Dive deep into the P&L, manage comps/voids, and understand the "why" behind the numbers to optimize COGS.
  • System Mastery: Seamlessly navigate our back-office platforms, leveraging R365 and HotSchedules for peak operational efficiency and labor management.


Your Blueprint for Success

  • The Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing a premium, full-service, $5M+ volume operation.
  • Ice in Your Veins: You never rattle. You are the calm anchor for your team when the board is full and every one of our 250 seats is taken.
