Multi-Unit Sous Chef — Buckhead (Well-Established Locally Based Restaurant Group)


Full-Time | Offering in the $65-$75k range | Profit Share | Full Benefits


About the Role

We are looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our multi-unit complex of our Farm to Table Southern and award-winning bourbon bar, private dining steakhouse, modern sushi concept, as well as the robust events/catering business located in Buckhead. You’ll support the Executive Chef and Exec Sous, run the line, and keep the daily operation sharp, organized, and humming. Perfect for a driven cook or junior sous ready for the next level.


What You’ll Do as Sous Chef

  • Support the Executive team in running daily BOH operations across all concepts.
  • Lead lineups, expo service, and coach cooks to hit brand standards.
  • Keep the kitchen stocked, clean, and organized—no surprises, no scrambling.
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and food/labor cost controls.
  • Run the line during peak services and train new BOH team members.
  • Minimize waste, maximize utilization, and protect margins.


What We’re Looking For in a Sous Chef

  • 1–3 years BOH leadership experience (Lead Line Cook, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef).
  • Solid understanding of kitchen stations, prep, and basic ordering/inventory.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
  • Highly organized and calm under pressure—systems are your love language.
  • Hungry to learn, grow, and step toward an Exec Sous seat one day.

  • Consistent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • A smooth, accountable BOH team that trusts your leadership.
  • Your station and team run seamlessly, taking pressure off the Executive Chefs.
  • Daily prep and systems are handled like a pro.
