Comp: $120,000 – $150,000+
The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performance General Manager to lead a culturally iconic, high-volume operation on the Los Angeles Westside. Currently generating $10M+ in annual revenue, this concept is a magnet for the entertainment industry and high-profile clientele. This role is designed for a "hybrid" leader: someone with the sophisticated social IQ to command an elite dining room and the technical rigor to manage a complex, multi-level P&L.
The Non-Negotiables
We are looking for a very specific "Unicorn" profile. Please only apply if you meet the following:
- Financial & Systems Rigor: You are an expert in the "hard skills." You have a proven track record of managing labor, COGS, and forecasting within a system-heavy group.
- Elite Floor Presence: You possess a natural sense of style and the high social EQ required to navigate a high-profile, "vibe-forward" room. You understand the intimacy of hospitality and aren't just a "suit" in the office.
- Operational Stamina: This is a hands-on, owner-operated environment. You must thrive in a high-energy, multi-story space that maintains peak volume seven nights a week.
- Accountability: You have the backbone to implement and uphold rigorous systems of accountability for a large, diverse team of 50+ staff.
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven Pedigree: Prior GM experience in a $10M+ revenue environment.
- Refined Aesthetic: An affinity for high-design, chef-driven concepts and "New-American" or International high-touch service.
- Future Leadership: This role offers a clear path to multi-unit leadership for a candidate who proves they can optimize the flagship operation.
