Kitchen Manager Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do as Kitchen Manager

  • Lead daily BOH operations: prep, line execution, food safety, sanitation, and shift routines
  • Coach, schedule, and develop kitchen teams while maintaining morale and efficiency
  • Manage quality, ticket times, and coordination with FOH during service
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control (waste, yield, portioning)
  • Cross-train into FOH operations: guest experience, service standards, and to-go excellence


What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of kitchen leadership in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
  • Working knowledge of food safety and kitchen systems (ServSafe preferred)
  • A collaborative mindset and curiosity to learn FOH operations
  • Reliability, humility, and a guest-first attitude
