What You’ll Do as FOH Manager

  • Lead & Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor FOH staff, building a culture of excellence in a newly opened environment.
  • Drive the Floor: Actively manage service, optimizing flow, and supporting staff during high-volume shifts.
  • Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Drive an unforgettable dining experience for every guest that sets the standard for our new market.
  • Evolve Operations: Implement best practices, uphold compliance, and help refine service standards for the new location.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Partner with the General Manager, BOH leadership, and the corporate team to maintain a smooth operation and a profitable concept.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a FOH Manager in a polished, high-volume upscale casual or fine dining setting.
  • Track record of leading teams and driving culture, with new restaurant opening experience highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant systems, floor management, and service standards.
  • Strong people skills—known for accountability, coaching, and inclusivity.
  • True passion for hospitality, leadership, and the guest experience.
