2bridge has been engaged in the search for a full-time, direct-hire Product Manager to work across a range of core products, including lead capture & conversion, customer experience, analytics, etc.

Target compensation is 120k-125K salary, plus a performance-based bonus of ~10%

This is an opportunity for someone with hands-on product experience to lead initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes, working across functions and influencing key decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Lead Product Direction
- Define strategic objectives and translate them into actionable product plans
- Drive prioritization and execution alongside engineering, UX, and stakeholder teams
- Use insights from customer behavior, partner feedback, and market activity to guide decisions
Influence & Collaborate
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a learning-focused culture
- Ensure alignment across technical, creative, and commercial teams
- Advocate for a research- and data-informed approach to all roadmap decisions
What You Bring
Required
- 4+ years of experience owning product initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver consistent outcomes
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Familiarity with iterative development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Exposure to large-scale digital platforms in complex operational ecosystems
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, onsite 3-4 times a week for those based near Southeast Michigan.
