2Bridge Partners is seeking a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager to join our team. 

 

We are a rapidly growing NY based Tech Recruiting firm. 2Bridge engages primarily on RaaS/RPO engagements, retained and contract searches to staff teams of engineers. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager who will manage engagements for our existing clients. 


We are 100% remote, and are open to remote candidates in the US. NY metro region preferred, not required.

What you’ll be doing:

 

· Managing tech hiring processes, and working with clients to fill their open engineering positions

· Identifying, engaging, and presenting technical resources for our existing client base.

· Interviewing and prequalifying technical candidates for open positions

· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to fill technical searches

· Coordinate and schedule interviews including prep and debrief

· Utilizing phone, email, social, and text tools to engage and recruit candidates from our database, social media sites, job boards, and other industry tools

 

Qualifications:

 

· 2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience

· Experience interviewing and sourcing technical candidates in the US

· Social Media Savvy

· Strong Problem Solving and Time Management skills

· Attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Bachelor’s Degree

· NYC Metro area is ideal. East Coast Preferred

 


Salary: 40-60k + bonus
