Vice President, Information Technology
Remote – United States
Are you a forward-thinking technology leader with a passion for modernization, automation, and AI transformation? One of Blackmere’s trailblazing clients is searching for a Vice President of Information Technology to lead their global IT function through a critical phase of evolution and enterprise innovation.
This is more than a traditional IT executive role—it’s an opportunity to shape how 6,000+ employees across the globe experience technology every day. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you’ll lead a globally distributed team of 70 to 150 professionals—with primary delivery hubs in India and core leadership based in the U.S.—and drive high-impact initiatives across infrastructure, end-user experience, enterprise applications, collaboration platforms, identity and access management, and global service delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of leadership transition, enterprise automation, and an AI-first vision. The foundation is strong—now it’s your time to stabilize, scale, and bring cohesion to a rapidly evolving function.

What’s In It For You:
This is your chance to drive meaningful change at the enterprise level in a company committed to innovation, compliance, and global impact. You’ll lead a capable, loyal team through a high-trust transformation and help set the standard for how AI, automation, and world-class technology can power business excellence. This role offers significant visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape the future of corporate IT in a truly AI-first environment.
Special Note:
If you’re a narrowly focused technical expert without strategic range, or if you haven’t led global teams in high-growth or matrixed environments, this may not be the right fit. This team needs a strategic operator who can zoom out, lead across boundaries, and execute at scale.
