This is a newly created, high-impact opportunity designed for a senior talent professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be embedded directly within GTM leadership and will act as a trusted partner on all things workforce planning, talent strategy, and targeted recruitment execution. Your Responsibilities
Lead Workforce Planning for GTM (Primary Focus)
- Translate GTM business goals and revenue targets into forward-looking hiring strategies.
- Own demand forecasting, headcount planning, pacing, and prioritization for the global GTM organization.
- Advise on hiring timing, role design, geographic strategy (e.g., U.S. vs. India), and organizational structure.
- Identify and communicate risks, tradeoffs, and talent constraints before they impact business outcomes.
Be the Embedded Talent Partner for GTM Leadership
- Serve as the go-to talent advisor for GTM executives and leadership teams.
- Participate in operational rhythms including leadership meetings, forecast reviews, and strategic planning cycles.
- Deliver market intelligence and talent insights that inform GTM strategies and decisions.
Lead Strategic Recruiting for Critical GTM Roles (Secondary Focus)
- Personally drive searches for senior-level, niche, or hard-to-fill roles within Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Bring senior-level judgment and hands-on ownership to recruiting efforts where it matters most.
- Guide hiring leaders on search strategy, candidate calibration, and final decision-making.
Help Shape the GTM Recruiting Operating Model
- Define the lines between Talent Advisor and Recruiter responsibilities.
- Support recruiters with prioritization, intake, and calibration to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Contribute to scalable hiring practices and playbooks that support rapid GTM growth.
Use Data and Tools to Drive Talent Outcomes
- Monitor performance against hiring plans; track, analyze, and communicate trends.
- Leverage technology (ATS, AI-enabled sourcing, forecasting tools) to boost speed and quality.
- Turn talent data into actionable insights for business leaders—not just reports.
What You Bring
Experience
- 10+ years in progressive talent acquisition roles, including workforce planning and strategic recruiting in high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
- Deep experience advising GTM leaders and building hiring plans from revenue targets and operating models.
- Strong background recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations—especially at senior or executive levels.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders beyond the bounds of traditional recruiting.
