The Opportunity: This role provides a rare chance to lead a world-class manufacturing operation, overseeing strategic initiatives, ensuring quality excellence, and delivering on operational goals. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director (COO), the Director will champion cultural transformation, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across multiple facilities.
You’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge manufacturing processes, life cycle equipment management, and quality systems while also cultivating future leadership and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a visionary manufacturing strategy aligned with organizational goals, including technology advancements like presses and inspection systems.

Operational Excellence: Drive ISO 9001-certified production activities to meet and exceed delivery, cost, and quality benchmarks.

Continuous Improvement: Lead process enhancements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to elevate product quality and streamline operations.

Team Development: Cultivate a culture of accountability, engagement, and leadership development within the manufacturing team.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across product design, quality, and other areas to align operations and ensure manufacturability.

Change Leadership: Act as a change agent to harmonize operating standards and processes across geographically dispersed facilities.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in large-scale manufacturing operations and proven ability to organize, direct, and manage complex systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality systems, administrative management, and driving cultural change within manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
- A solid educational foundation, coupled with innovative thinking and a forward-looking mindset.
- U.S. Citizenship with eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.
