In this role, you will work directly with the founders and play a key part in shaping the future of technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obsess over UI/UX for onboarding, building experiences (API integrations), and beyond.
• Collaborate with the founders on product roadmap and prioritization.
• Architect and develop features across the full stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB).
• Go the extra mile in improving user experience and delivering high-quality products.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React, RN for Web
• Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB
• Additional tools: Radix UI, Framer Motion, React Hooks, @dnd-kit, axios, jotai

Let's Talk If You Have: 

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with strong interaction design, UI/UX design, and information architecture skills for SaaS products geared toward technical users.
• Previous experience as a founding engineer or in an early-stage startup environment (YC companies are a plus).
• Demonstrates a strong design portfolio showcasing advanced UI/UX work, including micro-interactions, animations, and responsive designs.
• Experience in developing and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, databases, APIs, and API authentication.
• Hands-on experience with builder tools like Retool, Webflow, and Figma.
• Familiarity with module bundlers (webpack, Babel) and troubleshooting configuration issues.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: $140k - $200k
• Equity: 0.05% - 0.40%
• Visa sponsorship not available
• Full-time, W-2 role based in New York City
• On-site work policy: In-person (office in FiDi)
