Key Responsibilities:
- Obsess over UI/UX for onboarding, building experiences (API integrations), and beyond.
- Collaborate with the founders on product roadmap and prioritization.
- Architect and develop features across the full stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB).
- Go the extra mile in improving user experience and delivering high-quality products.
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React, RN for Web
- Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB
- Additional tools: Radix UI, Framer Motion, React Hooks, @dnd-kit, axios, jotai
Let's Talk If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with strong interaction design, UI/UX design, and information architecture skills for SaaS products geared toward technical users.
- Previous experience as a founding engineer or in an early-stage startup environment (YC companies are a plus).
- Demonstrates a strong design portfolio showcasing advanced UI/UX work, including micro-interactions, animations, and responsive designs.
- Experience in developing and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, databases, APIs, and API authentication.
- Hands-on experience with builder tools like Retool, Webflow, and Figma.
- Familiarity with module bundlers (webpack, Babel) and troubleshooting configuration issues.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: $140k - $200k
- Equity: 0.05% - 0.40%
- Visa sponsorship not available
- Full-time, W-2 role based in New York City
- On-site work policy: In-person (office in FiDi)
