• Build and ship full-stack solutions rapidly to meet evolving product demands.
• Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and deliver world-class solutions.
• Contribute to new feature development and push the technical roadmap forward.
• Maintain high standards for code quality and technical decisions, helping scale the engineering organization.
• Grow alongside the company by taking on increased leadership and execution responsibilities.

• Typescript, AWS, SQL, React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL

Our Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
• Previous experience working in startups or as a founder is highly desirable.
• You are obsessed with building and improving products. Whether it’s a project you’re working on or a niche hobby, your passion is evident.
• You love working in fast-paced environments, thrive on learning new things, and enjoy solving real-world problems with empathy for users.
• You’re excited about taking ownership of your work, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and collaborating with a diverse and driven team.
• In-depth startup experience, participation in hackathons, or involvement in entrepreneurship communities is a strong plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: $190k - $230k
• Equity: 0.05% - 0.1%
• Visa sponsorship available
• Full-time, W-2 role based in New York City
• On-site work policy: Work 6 days a week in the office
