What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead complex accounting advisory projects, including US GAAP conversions, ASC 606 revenue recognition, lease accounting (ASC 842), and financial statement preparation.

✔ Work directly with clients, acting as their trusted accounting advisor while managing deliverables, deadlines, and expectations.

✔ Coach and mentor a team that is hungry to learn, helping them level up their technical accounting expertise.

✔ Review and oversee monthly financial close processes for clients transitioning to GAAP, ensuring compliance and quality.

✔ Be a thought leader, researching and interpreting technical accounting issues while crafting white papers and technical memos.

✔ Support business growth, helping develop and expand the firm’s technical advisory practice.

What You Bring:

• CPA certification and 5+ years in public accounting (preferably with experience in audit, national technical consulting, or industry technical accounting).
• Deep expertise in US GAAP—especially revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), and financial reporting.
• Experience working with mid-market clients (typically $10M–$50M in revenue) across various industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills—someone who brings solutions, not just problems.
• A client-first mindset with exceptional communication and project management abilities.
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and elevating a team’s technical capabilities.
