Senior Client Service Associate (Full-Time, In-Office — Seattle Headquarters)
We are seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to support one of our client's largest advisor teams and serve as both a relationship leader and the operational “COO of the team.” This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who excels at client service, workflow management, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, UHNW-focused environment.
In this role, you will:
- Direct and balance the workflow for advisors and associates, ensuring all client service tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families, providing anticipatory guidance and a smooth, high-touch experience.
- Manage onboarding, account updates, cash movements, documentation, and reporting with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Drive complex client initiatives and special assignments, maintaining transparent communication and strong execution throughout each phase.
- Partner with attorneys, CPAs, bankers, and other external professionals to coordinate financial, estate, and investment needs with discretion and professionalism.
- Offer hands-on support, coaching, and daily structure to junior staff while consistently demonstrating top-tier service expectations.
- Spot opportunities to refine workflows, boost efficiency, and strengthen the team’s overall service delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of client service experience within financial services or wealth management.
- Exceptional organizational skills—highly detail-oriented and structured
- Familiarity with Fidelity and Schwab custodian workflows strongly preferred.
- Experience with Tamarac reporting, Salesforce-based CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
