Senior Family Office Advisor

Our client is a growing Multi-Family Office looking to hire two key Advisory roles – both of which are open due to new clients coming on board and growth within the firm.

The Senior Family Office Advisor will lead relationships with affluent families and entrepreneurs navigating significant wealth events. This is a senior-level position, suited for someone who can bring sophisticated planning knowledge, a consultative approach, and leadership within the firm.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary advisor for complex client relationships, overseeing all aspects of planning and wealth strategy.
  • Guide conversations on succession, legacy, philanthropy, risk management, and investment planning.
  • Lead the development of detailed planning proposals, financial models, and customized family presentations.
  • Partner with internal planning teams while also coordinating with external tax, legal, and insurance professionals.
  • Facilitate family meetings, governance discussions, and multi-generational planning initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach junior advisors, contributing to the growth of the firm’s advisory bench.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced credentials strongly valued.
  • At least 8 years of client-facing advisory experience with UHNW families, preferably in an RIA, family office, or private bank.
  • Series 65 (or equivalent) required.
  • CFP®, CFA®, or CIMA® designation strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of advanced planning techniques, including donor-advised funds, foundations, complex estate structures, and risk management solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to engage comfortably with clients and their professional teams.
  • Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach and strong professional integrity.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $185,000 – $250,000, plus incentive compensation.
