Associate Accountant – Wealth Management
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite)

About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Associate Accountant to join the team in Downtown Seattle. This individual will play an essential role in supporting HNW/UHNW clients and internal advisor teams through cash management, account reconciliation, reporting, and ongoing client administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal financial accounts and records for assigned clients.
- Prepare and review financial statements, account reports, invoices, and vouchers for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor client cash balances and ensure appropriate funds are available for accounts payable.
- Reconcile general ledgers, bank accounts, and investment accounts.
- Partner with AP specialists to process payments and manage approval workflows.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports; assist with client payroll processing and related reporting.
- Support annual tax processes, including preparation of 1099s and W-2s.
- Contribute to special projects—including audits, detailed financial requests, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Maintain clean and accurate client files and transactional histories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

5+ years of relevant accounting experience; financial reporting experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and tax/cash-basis accounting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; experience with Bill.com a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with payroll processing and payroll tax is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
