Client Advisor

Our client is a growing wealth advisory firm looking to hire two key Advisory roles – both open due to new clients coming on board and growth within the firm.
The Client Advisor is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ years of Associate Advisory experience seeking a supportive culture that fosters mentorship and growth from within toward a key Advisory role. The Client Advisor will work closely with ultra-wealthy families, entrepreneurs, and business owners, and is designed for someone who enjoys blending financial planning with project management and who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused setting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of services across key areas: investment oversight, cash-flow planning, education funding, risk management, estate considerations, and philanthropy.
- Draft and deliver customized reports, planning materials, and meeting presentations for clients.
- Partner with senior advisors to support significant, complex relationships while gaining increasing responsibility.
- Engage directly with clients and their outside professionals (attorneys, accountants, insurance providers) to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Contribute to multi-generational family discussions and planning sessions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of direct client advisory experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a family office environment.
- A working knowledge of estate structures, asset management approaches, and advanced planning techniques.
- Active Series 65 (or equivalent) license; CFP® or progress toward certification strongly preferred.
- Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- A relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $88,000 – $150,000, plus discretionary bonus.
