The Generative AI Technology team is a group of skilled professionals who are responsible for conceptualizing and developing, the firm's Generative AI efforts. The team works closely with business stakeholders, the Tech Innovation team, and development teams across Technology to deploy cutting-edge AI technology that has the ability to transform the firm’s operations.
What you’ll do:
· Liaise with project management teams to gather and understand current requirements
· Analyze and implement strategies to fulfill these requirements effectively
· Forge strong working relationships and collaborate with other teams to drive cross-departmental initiatives
· Conduct data quality checks to ensure new formats align with business requirements and meet the highest standards of consistency
Required Qualifications/Skills
· 3+ years of experience as a business analyst
· Knowledge of equities and/or fixed income products
· Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
· Experience with SQL Server
· Attention to detail and commitment to reliable production deliverables
· Experience running scrums, tracking Jira projects, and overseeing project deliverables
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
· Excellent written & interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts
