The Generative AI Technology team is a group of skilled professionals who are responsible for conceptualizing and developing, the firm's Generative AI efforts.

The team works closely with business stakeholders, the Tech Innovation team, and development teams across Technology to deploy cutting-edge AI technology that has the ability to transform the firm’s operations.

What you’ll do

·       Design, develop and maintain the GenAI platform webserver, corresponding SDK packages and related services

·       Manage a spectrum of services including SQL and Vector databases, REDIS, and connections to language models in various cloud providers

·       Design and create plugins and services that leverage natural language generation to solve complex problems and simplify workflows

·       Implement efficient CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process

·       Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate prompts into applications, identify technical challenges, and implement innovative solutions

·       Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering, and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team

·       Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for models, algorithms, software tools, and proof-of-concept use cases

What’s Required

·       Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields

·       5+ years of experience as a software engineer, building REST APIs/GraphQL and/or interfaces using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django

·       Strong coding skills in Python and experience with service-oriented architectures

·       Prior experience with database design and development using Postgres or Redis

·       SDK development experience

·       Knowledge of with QA and testing automation.

·       Familiarity with DevOps methodologies such as Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, and Kubernetes, and cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP

·       Passion for working with a fast-paced team tackling cutting-edge problems in AI
