The Generative AI Technology team is a group of skilled professionals who are responsible for conceptualizing and developing the firm's Generative AI efforts. The team works closely with business stakeholders, the Tech Innovation team, and development teams across Technology to deploy cutting-edge AI technology that has the ability to transform the firm’s operations.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Lead to help us with our continued efforts in driving our AI/GenAI Infrastructure strategies, projects, and initiatives.

Specifically, you will:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Cloud, DevOps and HPC engineers to work towards driving the successful execution of AI/GenAI infrastructure projects and initiatives
• Oversee the design, implementation, management, support, and optimization of our AI/GenAI multi-cloud infrastructure
• Design and implement a robust multi-cloud strategy for deploying and accessing AI model endpoints and ensure the strategy is scalable, secure, and cost-effective
• Spearhead the implementation and operation of our Innovation Lab while leading the exploration of new technologies
• Oversee the design, implementation, management, support and optimization of infrastructure, tools (including automation) and process (DevOps and other) required for the internal AI/GenAI Platform Development, UAT, and production environments

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or other engineering/technical discipline
• 7+ years experience with cloud engineering and cloud native technology stack such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
• 7+ years experience with HPC engineering and systems, Linux systems engineering, and supporting Linux systems
• Strong knowledge of AI/HPC hardware clusters and their setup and management
• Knowledge of GPU AI training frameworks
• Knowledge of security models and training with third party models
• Experience in building AI/HPC lab environments
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing a multi-cloud strategy
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts
