Job Summary:

Under direct supervision provides administrative support and services for the company’s data maintenance and management projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Receives and inventories project source data on a daily basis and sorts by complexity and deliverables.

·      Creates and maintains computer based record retention process using Tracker database, if applicable.

·      Interfaces with client, project managers, coordinators & control engineers for problem resolution and source document acquisition as required.

·      Assigns and distributes client source materials to project team members on a regular basis; tracks progress of work using data entry software.

·      Files client source materials according to established procedures; researches and locates missing source records as needed.

·      Prepares, manages and submits problem resolution requests to client and distributes responses to project team members, if required by the project.

·      Performs data entry and completes minor corrections to existing drawings, if applicable to the project.

·      Runs and analyzes applicable project reports as needed.

·      Interfaces with other team members to ensure consistency in project specifications, standards, procedures and techniques.

·      Provides as applicable feedback, statistics and recommendations to improve/increase efficiencies of existing support processes.

·      Prepares duplicating and scanning services as requested, if applicable to the project. 

·      Orders and maintains necessary supply inventory, if applicable to the project.

·      Prepares express mail and / or courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) deliveries as required.

·      Completes required project status forms and timesheets in a timely manner.

·      Assists with various support departments when required, and performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary: $15-16/hour


Required Qualifications:

·      High school degree or equivalent.

·      No experience required, but prior experience providing administrative support or exposure to a CAD posting environment is desirable.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Normal office conditions exist in an open office environment with exposure to repetitive work.

Exposure to noise and frequent interruptions and confinement to work station, but can move around at will.

This job requires talking, hearing, standing; walking; using hands to finger, handle or feel; reaching with hands and arms. Manual manipulation of mouse/keypad with one or both hands.
