We are seeking a Business Analyst with extensive experience in SharePoint automation for a role with our team!

Location: Must live in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area

• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SharePoint automation
• Design, develop and implement SharePoint workflows and solutions to automate business processes
• Serve as a SharePoint subject matter expert, providing technical and strategic guidance to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Create and manage project documentation including functional specifications, technical specifications, user manuals, and system administration guides
• Monitor, manage and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues and ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
• Conduct training and provide user support for SharePoint solutions

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Expert-level understanding of SharePoint 2016/2019/Online, SharePoint Designer, Power Automate and Power Apps
• Hands-on experience in implementing automation in SharePoint such as workflow creation, form development, Power Automate flows, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CAML queries is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

               This position pays between $68,640 and $79,040 annually and is an exempt position.

·              Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

·               Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

·              May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company
