Responsible for supporting the regional team’s efforts across a portfolio of client engagements,
and in support of regional marketing and business development. The Project Management
Analyst directly supports the regional director, ensuring uniformity, consistency, and accuracy in
all aspects of the region’s business activities. Additionally, the position supports multiple project
teams who are working on engagement fulfillment – making things happen in our client’s
communities. The Analyst is expected to coordinate all project related data in the region,
including the development and fulfillment of the scopes of work, timelines, milestones,
deliverables, project tasking, and most importantly quality control. The Analyst will work closely
with the regional director functioning in a project administration role, coordinating and
scheduling meetings, correspondence, and leading document creation in support of
engagements. Additionally, project slippage, risks, and general project level issues should be
coordinated by the Analyst and reported to the regional director and/or senior management if
and when required. The Analyst is not to be considered a replacement for an engagement’s
Project Manager, but should be considered an administrative resource across a portfolio of
engagements. The Analyst will assist in building the market position by supporting the region's inside and
outside sales functions, as well as identifying, coordinating, and supporting the closing of new
opportunities in coordination with the regional director. Responsible for using corporate
publications that place emphasis on and support "brand management" in terms of industry,
client awareness, and name recognition through creating and increasing brand value.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
a. Project level tasking – assignments, due dates, quality of deliverables
b. Project team calls – manage agenda, minutes, and action items
c. Manage and oversee consistent use of Magellan’s tools within the teams, including but not limited to Wrike, ensuring project data is consistent and accurate.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) in business, public policy, telecom/technology management from
four-year college or university; Master’s Degree preferred; and one to two years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
