What You’ll Do: 

• Leads small, medium, large, or multi-discipline complex projects and directs the activities of Design & Drafting.
• Lead, support, train, and develop other engineers to fulfill project requirements.
• Communicates challenges regarding scope, quality, schedule and cost directly to the Project Manager on an ongoing basis.
• Interacts independently with clients, estimates proposals, and understands the role of business development in operations goals.
• Coordinates with the Design Coordinator to evaluate design personnel and assign design related tasks to Designers and Drafters.
• Reviews and provides feedback on vendor drawings related to their projects and incorporates into design package.
• Assists Project Manager in ensuring tasks are being started and completed on time and within budget, and in forecasting fee revenue.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET accredited university.
• Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in electrical engineering.
