Job Description

Coordinates the day-to-day and long-range activities and operation of the CEO.

Manage all aspects of travel arrangements such as booking, preparing travel itineraries, making changes as needed, and preparing expense report submissions

Manage a complex and dynamic calendar for both personal and professional agendas

Screen phone calls & emails; route and resolve information requests.

Draft complex and/or confidential correspondence.

Edit documents and presentations as needed and maintaining organization charts.

Handle confidential company materials with sensitivity and discretion.

Should have great written and communication skills.

The mindset to work in a fast-paced environment.
