We are seeking hiring manager to manage internal hiring process and pipelines.

Line of business: System Integrator
Location: Chennai. Flexible remote working option but local to chennai preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Develop hiring strategies for IT/Technology recruitment and own end-end recruitment.
• Build a seamless recruiting experience for candidates & Account Manager
• Provide analytical and well documented and consumable recruiting reports. Good with Excel/Spreadsheets.
• Build a social media plan to help improve branding and candidate reach via , Glassdoor, LinkedIn etc.
• Create sourcing plan with varied mix like Job sites, Social Media Networks, LinkedIn, Github, Stack overflow and employee referrals etc.
• Find ways to be more agile and adaptable to digital environments.
• Plan to proactively create strong talent pipeline and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the manpower plan and/or projection.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of talented technical recruiters and sourcers.
• Conducting weekly and monthly meeting with the team for performance review.
