Job Title: IT Support Technician
Responsibility:Provide assistance with deployments, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all technology including desktops, laptops, tablet devices, cellular devices, printers, and other devices typically kept in a workplace environment
Qualifications:
* 5+ years IT experience (Desktop support, IT Technician, Deployment specialist?)
* Past experience in hardware deployment
* Working knowledge of Windows PC, Apple / Mac, and Android devices, including experience installing and configuring operating software and joining computers to a domain
* Experience with Mac OS and IMAC, and MacBook
* Experience with deployment automation tool: Desktop Central (a plus), Ivanti, SCCM, Alterix,Tasks:
* End-user support, troubleshooting, Windows 10, macOS/Mac OS X, Office 365, access management (Active Directory, Azure)
* Remote access and work from home support, assisting with troubleshooting VPN, audio/visual and remote meetings
* Monitor Service Desk queue, identify priority requests, resolve problems and escalate as required
* Onboarding/offboarding end-user access, accounts and application entitlements
* Participate in the execution of special projects and deployments
* Be organized, self-motivated, ongoing learner, who is able to work as part of a team
* Have a good time management, time efficient
* Be able to lift up to 10 lbs
