Workplace Evolution Project Manager



About the Position


We are looking for a technology infrastructure project manager to work on the Firm?s global Workplace Evolution Program - a global, multi-year initiative to modernize our office environments - and deliver technology solutions that will transform our employee and client experiences. They will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of the overall deployment plan for a range of deployments within the Americas region, including implementation of network, desktop, wireless, voice and multimedia solutions, working with the various teams responsible for delivering them. The candidate will undertake all aspects of project planning and tracking: they will be responsible for producing project documentation, business case materials and project plans to team standards; the creation of associated status reporting; issue and risk management; soliciting business sign off, governance, and action where appropriate.

Requirements


At least 5 years of technology infrastructure project management experience

Experience with corporate real estate construction projects including floor build outs and business relocations

Experience overseeing and coordinating the deployment of a variety of desktop and telephony solutions in a complex end user business environment

Well versed in Agile practices as well as the project lifecycle and traditional

Project Management methodologies

Experience working with Agile teams (Kanban, Scrum, LEAN, etc) with an understanding of the agile methodology and ability to achieve efficient outcomes using jira, dashboards, reports, metrics

Strong Excel skills

? able to analyze and manipulate large sets of data to inform stakeholders including shortcuts and formula functions, building charts and graphs, sorting and filtering data, utilizing pivot tables, macros

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Excel and Project

Experience in reporting project cost and schedule status to multiple levels of stakeholders in a clear, concise and transparent fashion

Nice to Have

Experience with inventory management tracking; technology deployments and decommissioning both in offices and data centers

Skilled in SharePoint

? able to create new sites, set up structure and folders, design, permissioning and overall management of site Bachelor's Degree + Experience within financial services / consulting
