Job Tite: Senior Scrum Master with priori Contact Center/IVR experience.
In the role of Scrum Master within the Advisory Fleet, the Scrum Master will facilitate the process to ensure the squads deliver outcomes. The Scrum Master role entails:
• A change agent, with a passion for collaborating working, to support our teams and improve and deliver exceptional output.
• Work directly in a squad to drive performance using Agile values, practices and processes.
• Work with the Product Owner to support the work of the squad by maintaining the backlog and facilitating ceremonies, like stand ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Monitor team performance through the squads metric dashboards and help identify continuous improvement opportunities to support the team to work smarter and more effectively.
• Work with the organizational resources outside the squad to help them interact effectively with the squad and remove impediments.
• Coach the agile squad and Product Owner on Agile process such as writing stories and backlog grooming.
• Foster a collaborative culture.
• Manage blockers, obstacles and dependencies.
• Align releases within Serena and DPRM with appropriate artifacts.
• Foster trust, commitment, accountability, resolve conflicts and achieve results.
• Scrum Master Certification and experience
• Financial Services Experience required
• Contact/Call Center Platform Experience a plus
