Looking to hire a Rockstar Recruiter.


WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• 1+ years of full-desk recruiting experience preferred or 6+ months of relevant experience within the staffing industry, preferably focused in the areas of IT, and/or at least 1 year of inside and/or outside, B2B sales experience.

• Excellent cold calling, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities

• Must be an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who has excellent communication skills

• A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for business

• The drive to succeed in a performance-driven culture



THE ROLE:

• Candidate Scouting and engagement .

  • This includes: Cold calling, Checking availability, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system
  • Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients


• Sourcing Skills is a plus. Especially Linkedin , Github etc. You will not be required to source from jobsites. We have dedicated sourcers who will source resumes.
