Work closely with Product Managers and Developers top ensure appropriate phases of Agile development are followed

Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies (for example, Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync or PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums), System Demos, and Retrospective

Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition.

Manager integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects.

Ability to create JIRA Dashboards using custom filters to manager various squad metrics like velocity chart and defect tracking.

Dependency Management to ensure squad's external dependencies are identified in advance during the background grooming sessions.

Good understanding of DevOps concepts and assisting squads in its effective implementation.

Efficient usage of JIRA portfolio plugin to map spring mapping and timelines with backlog grooming.

Required Job Skills:

• 8-10 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in Agile, Scrum teams.
• 3-5 years leading teams and/or significant complex projects
• Experience with dependency management/risk management/impediment removal
