Need to be a business proficient resource with at least more than 3 years of experience in the platform and in the US Market. The main activities to perform will be, understand business changes, apply those changes into Impact, create Test Cases, test with the user, gather requirements and be able to discuss business solutions with different client teams.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will provide application support solutions for Broadridge's Impact system and will lead or assist in projects surrounding the supported applications.

Act as the SME and business liaison to receive support requests, guide them through to developers and vendors, and see them through to completion..

Effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience working with Broadridge's Impact.

Proven Business analysis skill set requirement definition, business process mapping, problem solving, data analysis.

Excellent/subject matter expert knowledge of Broadridge's Impact system.

Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of trade processing and settlement/clearing

Good knowledge of Fixed Income products
