Team Profile & Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of the Capital Expense Management team, you will collaborate with business managers and engagement managers to offer subject matter expertise, advice on best practices, implement governance policies and provide general support in the execution of funding requests fixed bid and time & materials labour, other professional services, and outsource agreements.
In this temporary assignment, you are expected to manage the business processes and transactions which surround the daily functions of our Operations organization.
The primary function for the role will be to coordinate, provide status, and execute transactions for all phases of the funding and approval process for Operations funding requests. This resource will also be expected to assist with adhoc queries, reporting, communication, and support of team initiatives. You will be an integral part of the team, helping to respond efficiently and effectively to client requirements within the Operations organization.
This temporary assignment requires superior relationship management skills to build and maintain solid engagement with key stakeholders such as the Sourcing organization, Finance, Operational Risk & Control and business managers.
Your financial and business management expertise will be combined with our company specific funding mechanisms and will require intensive communications with global senior stakeholders to support their decision making.
Skills required:
# At least 5 years of experience of financial analysis, operations, or business management-related experience
# Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel
# Strong written and verbal communications skills; fluency in English
# Strong analytical and problem solving skills
# Knowledge of or experience with reviewing professional services contracts/statements of work (preferred but not required)
