Job Description:
Support new business integration by providing project management for Collaboration and Messaging projects.
Projects will cover the integration of new business units and their respective collaboration and messaging products largely centered around M365 (Office, OneDrive, Teams, etc.). Activities will range from integration strategy, migration planning, testing and execution.The role will work closely with many different areas of the organization including senior management, technical engineering, risk management and operational support functions. This role requires the PM establishing themselves with key stakeholders as a reliable "source of truth" which will necessitate having an understanding of the subject matter from both a broad and detailed point of view. This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and be able to self-prioritize. The candidate will produce project documentation and plans to company standards, arrange and facilitate project governance, ensure deliverables are met, risks and issues controlled, status communicated and evolving requirements are accounted for through change processes. The ideal candidate will have a background within the financial services or similarly regulated industry, as well as a solid technical understanding and background of delivery across infrastructure technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS Required:
Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of technology Project / Program Management experience
Well versed in the Project Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies --Proficient in M365 or component platforms in a large enterprise context; Office - Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Excel, Project; Teams; One Drive, etc.
An understanding of collaboration and messaging infrastructure and delivering major change programs in an infrastructure context
Display strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading projects at times of change
Able to demonstrate bringing teams together toward a common goal who are not directly reporting to the project manager
Able to demonstrate the ability to work in a high pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks
Demonstrate good time management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels and influence others
Candidates must have a good attention to detail and good organizational skills
A confident and articulate self-starter
