About the Team:

Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for the Firm supporting all business applications and end users. ETS's mission is to ensure the Firm manages its global businesses and serve clients on a marketing-leading technology platform that is resilient, safe, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient.Business analyst position in Enterprise Technology & Service's CAO team.Position will support strategic investment financial and delivery reporting, annual budgeting / forecasting processes, and provide support for a variety of adhoc management reporting needs. Role is in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong resource who can operate independently and is delivery-oriented.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in budget / forecast cycles

- aid in communication and monitoring of deliverables, track estimates versus budget, understand and follow-up on variances to plan

-Track and maintain financial targets for ETS efficiency programs and strategic investments-Coordinate business case collection for funding requests, compile data and pipeline to present to senior management

-Create and standardize financials requiring collaboration with business managers, internal COO team, and IT Finance

-Serve as SME for financial tools and advisor to Business / Portfolio Managers

- gain deep understanding of financial toolsets and relationships between them

- staffing planner, wallets / TFRs, SW capitalization versus depreciation-Support senior management requests such as executive presentations, ad-hoc financial analysis

Requirements:

-Must have ability to analyze / synthesize large amounts of data and present findings to senior audiences

-Must be very strong in Excel and PowerPoint

-Must be very strong communicator who can work in a fast-paced environment

-Must be able to operate independently and with little management oversight

-Should have background in financial analysis / reporting

-Experience with governance processes / project management a plus
