Job title: Consultant Management
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the People Strategy Lead and Workforce Strategy Staff to implement D&I initiatives across ETS locations globally and monitor their success.
• Partner with ETS Strategy Staff to ensure smooth communication, regular feedback and progress on milestones.
• Drive cross super-department coordination on divisional efforts (e.g., recruitment programs such as Return To Work, Women in Technology events and the people agenda, etc.)
• Report schedule status to multiple levels of stakeholders in a clear, concise and transparent fashion
• Demonstrate good time management, resource management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects
• Display strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading projects at times of change
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy implementation, and program management
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks
• Well versed in the project lifecycle, project coordination or project management
• Strong Excel skills – able to analyze and manipulate large sets of data to inform stakeholders including shortcuts and formula functions, building charts and graphs, sorting and filtering data, utilizing pivot tables, macros
• Superior PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project and general MS Office skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and strategic planning ability
Nice to have:
• Experience in management consulting firm a plus
• Organizational strategy background
• Experience in project and operation management positions in IT , Finance or Consulting industries
