Workplace Support Services Overview
As an experienced servant leader, the candidate will be tasked with implementing Agile practices within a program management team to ensure timely and satisfactory program execution. Additionally, they will responsible for various project management tasks including reporting, tracking workstream delivery and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities include:
• Enable the assigned squad(s) by eliminating blockers, optimizing operations, facilitating ceremonies, etc.
• Coach squad members on their role and the Agile way of working
• Work with fellow Scrum Masters to share information and facilitate continuous improvement
• Facilitate all relevant Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, etc.)
• Leverage knowledge of the support environment and function to support the squad(s) with prioritization and managing of blockers / issues, escalation and solving on issues relating to the business
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Perform risk management and drive actions to mitigate, define ownership and proactively facilitate discussions to reduce negative impact to the project.
• Drive capacity management efforts making sure the core team members are focused on strategic and tactical demands

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of working in a mature Agile environment
• 5+ years of project management and related experience
• Impeccable communication skills
• Extensive expertise of Agile and associated methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
• Expertise in Agile tooling, especially JIRA
• Expert coaching ability based on Agile values and principles
• Experience with virtual collaboration and related techniques
• Prowess in creation and analytics of Agile reporting for both, squad improvement and management updates
• Highly motivated individual
• Self Starter who possess the ability to work in both an individual and team-based setting.
• Be able to operate in a demanding and dynamic environment
• Highly knowledgeable in MS Office suite of applications.
• Motivated to work and learn in a complex, fast paced environment
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work and deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring issues to resolution
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with Agile project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Preferred: Large scale Agile adoption experience
