• Assist UX Researchers with large and small research projects, including both qualitative and quantitative studies
• Recruit users for research studies, manage the participant panel, write research scripts, take notes during sessions, analyze data from research studies, build research reports as needed, etc.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design, and Technology teams to define research questions and goals, determine appropriate methods, and help communicate results
• Assist with UX workshops with cross-functional teams
• Help to adapt and innovate research practices/processes to meet a rapidly growing UX team’s needs
• Help uncover opportunities for impactful UX research across the firm
• Identify, track, and share overarching UX trends in the industry
• Help promote a data-driven culture that prioritizes user insights and combats assumptions
Skills You’ll Bring
• 1-2 years of UX Research experience (or in a parallel field such as market research, academic research, UX design, etc.)
• Some experience implementing research (e.g., usability testing, ethnography, interviews, A/B or multivariate testing, survey design)
• Interest in or passion for financial services and fintech
• Willingness to help the team, ask a lot of questions, and collaborate
• The ability to adapt, pivot, and roll with the punches
• A persuasive and compelling presentation style
• An interest in working with both enterprise and consumer technology
• Familiarity working in Agile, and using tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision
